LAST MINUTE HALLOWEEN


I've been a last minute this Halloween, putting off making my daughter's Greek goddess costume until last night and leaving our naked pumpkin in need of some dressing up. I saw this shimmery pumpkin at Madiganmade which is entirely made with brass tack pushpins. Gorgeous and easy to do, this pumpkin project should be a snap today!
Love these cocktail napkins! There is no other holiday where you can really tell them how you feel Morticia!

Need a last minute Halloween costume for tonight?  Garden shovel spray painted gold and gold dress and you're a Gold Digger!

I couldn't leave you without something to warm you up tonight-my favorite after Trick or Treating drink-

 Black Widow Cocktail
Cream de Cassis
Vodka
triple sec
fresh lemon juice
Pomegranate juice
licorice strings
For two cocktails (or one cocktail shaker): 2 parts cassis, 3 parts vodka, 1 part triple sec, 1 part lemon juice, 1 part pomegranate.

    I love the gold pumpkins! How creative. OK, I can see it now.I will have the gold dress on, have the black widow( on the rocks) in my hand and greet my husband at the door! That sounds like a Halloween! Forget the candy. What a great idea.
