HOLIDAY COOL

A decidedly different interpretation of the traditional Thanksgiving table: cool, modern, sophisticated, glamorous.
 I'm definitely a traditionalist when it comes to the holidays, but I absolutely love the minimalist tablescape that Colin Cowie created here.
 The driftwood centerpiece and white pumpkin place card adds a warm, organic touch which plays off the modern lucite chairs and glass table.
 Red roses and champagne, a beautiful celebratory vignette. You can't get any more glamorous than this!
Even the turkey is a vision of modern restraint-the white platter and minimal garnishes suits the monochromatic table.

    Like you, I'm a traditionalist, but that is a gorgeous table and layout there. Love the touch of red as well. Happy Thanksgiving!
