It's the last leg of our Home for the Holidays fete and after a night of delicious food and sumptuous surroundings and holiday cheer, we're off to dance the night away in Scotland! The ever witty and habitually chic Tabitha, of Bourbon & Pearls, has a fantastic after party planned for us with a Scottish twist. Get out your favorite dancing shoes, don a kilt if you like and let's have some fun!
A beautiful red taffeta dress with a hint of plaid-perfect for a night of dancing!
You are invited to a festive Jingle Ball on Christmas Eve
Skibo Castle, Scotland
Cocktails, dancing and merriment.
Dress code: White Tie
Carriages just before Midnight.
White gloved waiters will offer vintage champagne served in coupes, Bellini martinis and Highland Spring sparkling water.
With whetted appetites we shall take our seats in the twinkly bower draped marquee for an evening of bonhomie, a seasonal repast and the warmth of friendship in a bleak mid-winter.
Hunter wellies and plaids will be provided for ladies who wish to partake of the rousing night air between dances.
Just before midnight carriages will arrive to take guests to the local kirk for Watchnight Service. Hodie Christus natus est.
Thank you Tabitha for transporting us to the luxurious Skibo Castle for an unforgettable evening of dancing and merriment and a wonderful ending to our Home for the Holidays virtual party. Join me this weekend for Holiday reflections and a recap of our whirlwind adventure!
