LAST DAY OF SUMMER

Can you believe it's the last day of summer?
It always seems to go by so quickly.
My daughter had a day off from school on Monday so we headed to the beach.
Dash couldn't believe his luck--we had the beach to ourselves
 We spent the morning walking the beach
 admiring the classic summer homes, empty after the season
dipping our feet into the ocean
 crashing waves and water still warm from the summer sun
the perfect end to summer

    Lovely photos of a stunning beach - I love to have the beach all to ourselves - a real treat which doesn't happen often. Nice beach house too.
