One of my favorite postings was last month's Entertaining with Ina Garten's casual style. I also enjoy your posts on your entertaining. You did one on making appetizers with puff pastry, prosciutto & parmesan cheese... perfect for easy entertaining.
I am so excited to have your blog in my life. Even better is the fact that I just got a job for Spring reworking a house in East Hampton. I am hoping to use your contacts, suggestions and advice during the process.
Loved the post on the new Viceroy Hotel in Anguilla, which I just returned from and posted on my blog. Totally delicious!
Also, I remember your post on the ikat fabric used on pillows and in that fabulous bedroom which prompted me to be daring and do something similar to a bathroom I was in the process of remodeling. It worked out great.
I can always count on your blog for groovy details and interesting observations.
Thanks.
I spent my summers in the Hamptons during college at Bryn Mawr. One summer in East Hampton, one in Wind Mill, and one in South Hampton. I would love to check out the book on the great houses of the Hamptons. I would also love to see you do more posts on these homes. Having grown up among the great estates of Lake Forest, Illinois, I have such an appreciation for these houses.
I love Ina Garten and the easy style that she puts forth. It is classic and lovely and genuine. I feel that your blogging post come through in the same manner.
(I am a follower through google reader).
