My feet are firmly planted in the summer isn't over denial camp. School starts in just a few days; I probably should be shopping for new shoes for the kids and paying my respects to our local Staples store. Instead I found myself heading to the hardware store this morning to pick up a portable fire pit for a beach picnic. My plan is to savor every last moment of this sublime weather-the kids will have to wait a little while for their new shoes!
If you are planning a picnic this weekend you may want to include:
Perfect for beach burgers- BBQ portable slider condiment caddy.
Ingenious folding grill tools for compact storage.
Biodegradable dinnerware-party perfect!
Neoprene bottle tote keeps bubbly happy.
French Bull Cabana Stripe melamine storage containers-so chic!

Have a great holiday weekend.

Enjoy your last bit of summer...the shoes and Staples supplies will be there next week! We have been back at school for 2 weeks and summer seems like it was so long ago :(
I admire you for keeping your priorities straight! There will always be shoes available to buy. Enjoy!
Love them all - terrific finds! And I don't blame you - I cannot believe it is coming to an end already. It seems impossible. My school supply shopping is on hold. Maybe if it rains tomorrow I will consider it. Maybe. Or maybe I'll just keep them home! Think anyone will notice?
All great pics.....but I am really eyeing that condiment caddy. Brilliant design!
Enjoy every last fabulous second of it. I'm already home and wishing we had had just 1 more day!

I'm with you! Great suggestions too. What hurricane Earl?
Best,

I agree! I am so torn between wanting summer to linger just a bit longer and excited for cool, crisp fall!
Love the little slider caddy, ingenious! Have a great time at the beach!
Have a great weekend--but watch out for Earl. I love those melamine bowls, too.
A little wind and rain won't deter us from spending time on the beach. Love the condiment caddy - it's genius!
