A TOUCH OF GRACIE

I don't remember how I came to own this small piece of Gracie wallpaper.  I found it in the basement recently, carefully wrapped and nestled in a box from our move years ago. When I found it, what a surprise!  Refined yet whimsical, the Gracie paper is filled with a scene of hand painted birds in gilded cages and delicate tree branches. I knew just what I wanted to do.  My framer cut the scene into two pieces measuring over 5 feet in height that would the scenes to stand side by side enveloping an entire wall.  A slim gold frame suits the scene and lets the paper tell it's story.

Simply gorgeous! The wallpaper is beautiful, and your choice of framing is perfect. This wall is truly a conversation piece with this grand installation. Nicely done.

These panels are beautiful! Well done! How did you end up with Gracie and not know it? I should be so lucky!

Oh man I wish I found Gracie wallpaper in my basement!! Stunning! I have done at least 2 posts on Gracie wallpaper and referenced it in several others. I recently found a 12' by 8' screen of a fabulous green Gracie and after fretting about not having a spot for it, I showed it to my sis-in-law. It has just arrived and is to die for!! I'll be posting it soon... Thanks for sharing your treasure!!
