My client said she wanted a lavender bedroom--a vision of violet and purple hues came to mind, with furniture, lighting and accessories full of sparkle and shine. A week later turquoise was her color- yes, bold, bright turquoise top to bottom! And the week after... you guessed it, back to lavender. My client wasn't indecisive, she's a teen!
The room itself is an enviable space, featuring a beautiful bay window and spacious walk in closet. We designed twin custom bookcases with drawers for storage and created a cosy sitting nook on the window for her and her friends to hang out.
The fabrics are a sophisticated mix that will take her through her teen years and beyond--delicate Manuel Canovas silk drapes in a swirly, whimsical print for the drapes
Violine
Tate, a gorgeous woven, wraps the bed in a soft clover pattern
The window seat is upholstered in Ales, a smart diamond pattern from Canovas
Every girl needs a little glamour-this was achieved with matching beveled glass side tables
A starlet worthy chandelier
and fun accessories!
The result is a swoon worthy teenage dream! (cue Katy Perry)

OK forget the teenager I'm loving all these colors and furnishings. What a very lucky young lady your client is and I hope she knows that. The room will be gorgeous!

Who wouldn't love that! Lucky teenager!
I could move into a space like that and be over the moon even, though I'm not in my teens anymore by a long shot! Simply gorgeous design, color and fabrics! Your client is one lucky girl!

What a lucky girl, beautiful choice. I am not a purple person, but I know the room will be most inviting! I'll take those mirrored sideboards if she'd like something more lavendar-y! xoxox
I could be very happy in this sophisticated room....When lavender is done right is can take your breath away! This room will be so pretty.
