VELVET CRUSH

Aren't these velvet pumpkins absolutely gorgeous?  I've been looking for something stylish to bring to my sister's for Thanksgiving this year and a trio of these chic velvet pumpkins will be such a welcome gift--definitely better than a pumpkin pie! The creation of artist Daria Knowles, Hot Skwash harvests unwanted pumpkin and squash stems from local growers and recycles them into her unusual pumpkin sculptures. Knowle's employs a group of stay at home moms who share her passion and gift of artistry to create each one of a kind pumpkin.
Wouldn't a grouping of these delicate pumpkins make a stunning and unusual fall centerpiece?  How do you decorate your autumn table?
