SPRING TABLESCAPE

I fell for these hand painted Josephine paper mache Easter eggs from Roberta Freymann a few weeks ago and brought a bunch home for my Easter breakfast tablescape.  So delicate and pretty, I knew that everyone would love to find a beautiful egg sitting on their plate filled with yummy jelly beans; me included! The bright turquoise and spring green place mats and bold geometric napkins from Kim Seybert compliment the spring palette and I think I'll sweeten the table with a jelly bean vase filled with sunny daffodils and a few pretty tea lights. Sweet and striking- definitely my kind of table.

How do you like to bring spring to your table?

Flowers, it's always flowers for me but I would be very happy to see one of those beautiful eggs on my table as well.
Not a jellybean fan but put anything chocolate in there and I'm in :)

How cute is that arrangement with the jelly beans?! And, I always love what Roberta and Kim are creating.

We're still a bit of a mess, so I've kept my Easter/Spring decor pretty simple. Pretty ribbons tied on my crystal containers in the kitchen and a large footed bowl filled to the rim with those Easter colored M&Ms!! (My architect loves them, so I've had fun changing them out for each holiday for him, as we meet each Friday).

I love jellybeans but I've been eating them for two weeks now and need to stop. I'm loving those placements and just what our table needs for spring. I'm off to purchase some, thanks for the tip Barbara!

The colors on the eggs are amazing and inspiring! I've been trying to come up with some ideas for some of my own hand painted eggs.

The eggs are so pretty and I like all those jelly beans in the vase with the daffodils! I have those place mats and use them all the time. They've held up under lots of use and clean well.

I've done the jelly bean-filled vase before (thanks to Martha S.) and I'd forgotten how cute that looks. I do like spring for all the wonderful options available for table settings. Thanks for showing us a few.
