COOL POOL
You might expect Seville to be a bit hot in August, after all you're in southern Spain, but our four days averaged a sweltering 104 degrees. What's a girl to do? Throw on a swimsuit, tie on pareo and grab a table inside Taifis, Hotel Alfonso XIII uber chic pool bar and restaurant. Taifis was an oasis of cool--luxurious red leather chairs complimented the stylish black and white tile floors and the delicate Moorish inspired white fretwork walls brought a serenity to the room- the perfect antidote to the heat. After lunch, a swim in the luxurious courtyard pool had me refreshed and ready to learn the flaminco!

i love that screen wall... i would've died in that heat... haha!
I love Seville and stayed at the Alphonso. Almost collapsed from the July heat while walking in the gardens. Sevilla is so full of unexpected surprises. i enjoyed so much spending the late nights in the flamenco bars. Beautiful images...
Great post, I hear Seville is amazing! I came across your blog while I was looking online for Austin pool service to get my pool taken care of. Hopefully one day I can take a trip to Seville because it truly looks amazing. Thank you for sharing this with us.
