SUMMER DESSERT FUN-S'MORES

It's the quintessential summer dessert, loved by kids and grown-ups alike-a gooey, delicious dessert sandwich; the s'more. The perfect blend of hot and cold, sweet and wholesome, a summer dessert enhanced by a roaring fire under the stars. I like my s'mores old school-just marshmallows (with a little char), Hershey candy bars and graham crackers--why mess with perfection?  A friend hosted a beach clambake with s'mores for dessert-- it was a great summer evening with a delicious ending!
