If you are looking for a quick get away this weekend that won't break the bank, the Casa Morada, an all suite resort in the Florida Keys, is running a fantastic promotion. Tablet Hotels, one of my favorite sites for chic boutique hotels around the world, featured a weekend special of $199 for a Garden Suite (regularly $589) and $219 for selected days next week.
The hotel is located in beautiful Islamorada, just a 90 minute drive from the Miami Airport and 90 minutes from Key West. The 16 bay front suites are furnished in Mexican antiques with crisp white linens and beautifully appointed bathrooms. Hammocks and lounge chairs dot the waterfront, ideal for a well deserved afternoon nap. The relaxed vibe of the resort is perfect for a quick weekend escape and if you are so inclined, a beautiful setting for a wedding!
