DIAMONDS ARE A GIRL'S BEST FRIEND

 Elizabeth Taylor’s dazzling jewelry collection, including the famous 33 carat diamond engagement ring given to her by Richard Burton will be auctioned off in December by Christie's. Just in time for holiday gift-giving (ha-ha) Christie's will be auctioning off Taylor's legendary jewelry collection as well as fashion accessories and haute couture ensembles by the likes of Chanel, Christian Dior, Givenchy and Valentino.  There's also an online auction beginning December 3rd with a vast selection of moderately priced jewelry, fashion accessories and jewelry (I'll be looking/shopping there!). How great is that auction going to be! I was thinking if I could pick just one thing from your images, what would it be? Couldn't decide. The wedding bands and the luggage are probably top on my list. Then I was thinking, take the diamond and buy everything else :)

Oh my! nice to look at! Not affordable for my pocketbook!I like the luggage but couldn't use it on our frequent trips, the airlines love to beat up luggage!

That rock sure got my attention as it did I am sure many others. Everything is so over the top fabulous, I would "settle" for any of them..lol. The luggage would be a nice consolation prize to the diamond rock!
